Our Intimate Surgery Procedures in Geneva

Nymphoplasty, labia minora reduction

Nymphoplasty corrects hypertrophy of the labia minora—that is, when they protrude noticeably beyond the labia majora. This condition, which often develops during puberty or becomes more pronounced after childbirth, can cause irritation, pain during exercise or sexual intercourse, and aesthetic discomfort that can affect self-confidence.

The procedure involves removing excess mucous membrane to restore a harmonious size to the labia minora. We prefer a technique that creates a clean, well-defined free edge, with a fine, well-concealed scar. The sutures are absorbable and dissolve on their own within one to two weeks. Surgery is only considered after puberty has ended, generally around age 17 or 18, when the tissues have reached maturity.

Vaginoplasty, Vaginal Tightening

Vaginoplasty is designed to tighten and restore the structures of the vagina following loosening caused by childbirth, aging, or tissue laxity. It is intended for women who experience a loss of tone, functional discomfort, or a decrease in sensation.

The procedure strengthens the perineum and reduces the vaginal diameter by removing excess tissue and strengthening the muscles. It is performed under anesthesia and generally lasts one to two hours. The goals are clear: greater comfort in daily life, reduced discomfort, and improved sensation, resulting in a solution that is both functional and long-lasting.

Labia Majora Augmentation

Over time, the labia majora can lose volume and become hollow. This sagging gives the area a tired appearance and exposes the labia minora, which are normally hidden. Labial augmentation, whether through hyaluronic acid injections or lipofilling, restores a full, firm, and natural appearance to the vulva.

This procedure also rehydrates the tissues and improves their flexibility. The injection session is brief, performed under local anesthesia using a topical anesthetic cream, and allows patients to resume their normal activities immediately.

Intimate Health, Rehydration, and the G-Spot

Many women suffer from vaginal dryness, which is often linked to hormonal changes during menopause. Hyaluronic acid is the gold standard for long-lasting rehydration and softening of the mucous membranes. The product is injected directly into the areas to be treated—a procedure that takes about ten minutes—after the application of an anesthetic ointment.

Hyaluronic acid G-spot augmentation is intended for patients who wish to enhance their sensations. By increasing the volume of this area, stimulation becomes easier during intercourse. These intimate medical procedures usefully complement surgical options and require no downtime.
